These are the requirements:
Your account rank must be at least Lieutenant Colonel or higher,
If you have multiple accounts here, none of them can't be banned,
Your account age must be at least 18 years or older,
At some point in your application you must add the word "Derision", a cheap trick to make sure you read the requirements,
You cannot have your email address publicly listed,
Explain in your application why you feel you are right for the position.
You have to post a topic with your application in your message.
If your account meets the requirements, you will then be put into consideration, and I will review your application and your account.
You will be notified anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks after your application is made.
